A soft date and coconut base, a rich cacao layer, then piped date caramel finished with a mini choc bar. Dates do the sweetening. Cashew and coconut cream make it rich. A little mesquite and a splash of orange juice give the caramel that warm, toffee pudding edge. Small batch. Once it’s gone, it’s back to the Dessert Box.
