We’re based in Sydney, with our kitchen located in Waterloo, NSW.
All Wellness by Tess products are made locally in small batches and shipped across Australia.
Our snacks are made for real life- busy parents, professionals, kids’ lunchboxes, gym bags, work desks, and anyone wanting better-for-you treats without compromise.

We don’t use:
Dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, artificial preservatives.
Our products are made using simple, wholesome ingredients.

If you have a nut allergy, we recommend exercising caution.
We use natural sweeteners such as dates, maple syrup & coconut sugar and other whole-food ingredients, depending on the product. Our aim is to create snacks that are satisfying without being overly sweet.
Our products are made with nourishing, whole-food ingredients and without refined sugar or artificial additives. We focus on balance - snacks that satisfy and support everyday wellbeing.
Yes. Many families enjoy Wellness by Tess products for school lunches and everyday snacks. Please always check individual product labels for ingredients and allergens.
Storage, Shelf Life & Freshness
All orders are sent with a chilled courier partner. Once your order arrives, we recommend placing items into the fridge or freezer as soon as possible.
For best freshness, we recommend storing products in the fridge or freezer. Many products can also be stored at room temperature, making them easy to enjoy at home, work or on the go. Freezing is a great option if you want to stock up.
Shelf life varies by product and how it’s stored. As a general guide:
Protein Balls
Ambient (room temperature): up to 3 months. Freezer: up to 12 months. Can also be stored in the fridge for added freshness.
Cookies
Ambient: up to 14 days. Freezer: up to 12 months. Freeze beautifully and thaw when ready to enjoy.
Chilled Cakes
Fridge: up to 45 days. Freezer: up to 12 months. Best stored refrigerated until serving.
Ambient Slices
Ambient or fridge: up to 45 days. Freezer: up to 12 months. Suitable for room temperature or fridge storage.
Wholesome Minis
Ambient: up to 12 months. Designed to be pantry-friendly.
Health Bars
Ambient: up to 45 days. Can also be stored in the fridge or freezer if preferred.
All products are labelled with a best-before date for guidance, and freezing is a great option if you’d like to extend freshness.
Yes - absolutely.
All Wellness by Tess products are freezer-friendly, and many customers freeze their orders and take out what they need as they go.
That’s completely fine. Some softening during delivery is normal. The products are very forgiving due to their low moisture content. As long as products feel cool, they are safe to place straight back into the fridge or freezer.
If anything arrives damaged, please contact us straight away and we’ll help.
Orders & Delivery
We ship to most states of Australia, NSW, VIC, SA, ACT, QLD. We do not ship to WA.
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Please contact us with your order number and photos where relevant, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Gifting, Wholesale & Other
Yes. Our products make great gifts - simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout and your message for the card. This will be handwritten to the receiver. We will not include a Tax Invoice when sending gifts.
Yes, we do offer bulk and corporate orders. Please contact us to discuss options.
Yes. Wellness by Tess products are stocked in cafés, gyms and retailers across Australia. If you’re interested in wholesale, please get in touch via our contact page.
