Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wellness by Tess, we take great pride in creating products that are wholesome, fresh, and delicious. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery at info@wellnessbytess.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will happily arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable items include:

  • All perishable food products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Refunds (if approved):

Once we’ve reviewed your claim and approved a refund, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to arrange an exchange, please email us at info@wellnessbytess.com.

Shipping:

Please do not send food products back to us unless specifically instructed by our team. If a return is required, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
