We work with a range of trusted courier partners - including both express and refrigerated services - to ensure your treats arrive in beautiful condition.
Depending on your order contents, location and delivery timeframes, we will choose the most efficient and appropriate courier to get your box to you safely and promptly.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot send to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Despatch Schedule
Orders leave our Sydney kitchen three times per week. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All of the WA and Far-North QLD orders are sent off on Wednesdays only.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Most metro deliveries arrive within 2–3 business days from despatch. Regional areas may take slightly longer. If you are ordering for a specific event, please allow a little extra time as refrigerated services run on set routes.
Delivery Times
Deliveries occur between 8am and 6pm. We cannot request specific delivery times. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery where possible.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order is packed, you will receive an email from us. In this email, you'll find a tracking link. Once the parcel has been collected by the courier, the link will update with an accurate delivery date.
On the evening before delivery, you will receive tracking details via SMS, giving you a 2-hour timeframe for when the parcel will be delivered.
Important Notes
• We cannot contact drivers directly or request last-minute changes.
• Orders cannot be redirected within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone to receive your box.
• Once delivered, the parcel becomes your responsibility.
We take great care, packaging your treats to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
