Shipping info

We work with a range of trusted courier partners - including both express and refrigerated services - to ensure your treats arrive in beautiful condition.

Depending on your order contents, location and delivery timeframes, we will choose the most efficient and appropriate courier to get your box to you safely and promptly.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot send to PO Boxes.

Shipping Cost

Flat rate shipping: $15

Free shipping on orders over $150.

Despatch Schedule

Orders leave our Sydney kitchen twice per week:

• Monday (cut-off Sunday 10 pm)

• Wednesday (cut-off Tuesday 10 pm)

Orders must be placed before the cut-off to be included in that despatch run.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days from despatch. Regional areas may take slightly longer.

If your area requires chilled transport, please allow a little extra time as refrigerated services run on set routes.

Delivery Times

Deliveries occur between 8am and 6pm. We cannot request specific delivery times.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery where possible, particularly for chilled orders.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

Important Notes

• We cannot contact drivers directly or request last-minute changes.

• Orders cannot be redirected within 24–48 hours of delivery.

• If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone to receive your box.

• Once delivered, the parcel becomes your responsibility.

We take great care in packaging your treats to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
