Shipping info
We despatch orders twice per week with our refrigerated courier partner. To keep your treats fresh and ensure smooth delivery, please see the schedule below.
Shipping cost
We charge a flat fee of $15. Shipping is free if your order is over $150.
Despatch Days
We send treats from our Sydney kitchen:
Monday, cut-off Sunday 10pm.
Wednesday, cut-off Tuesday 10pm.
Orders must be placed before cut-off to go out in that run.
If your order leaves on Monday, delivery will be:
Wednesday â areas of Coffs Harbour, Orange, Newcastle, Canberra & Sydney.
Thursday â areas of Brisbane & Melbourne.
Friday â areas of Adelaide.
If your order leaves on Wednesday, delivery will be:
Saturday â areas of Adelaide, Sydney, Coffs Harbour, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Orange & Newcastle.
Following week Mon, Tues or Wed - areas of far North QLD, Bundaberg, Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton & Townsville. If you are located in one of these areas, please allow up to one week for delivery from despatch.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. Unfortunately, we cannot request specific delivery times.
Our courier plans their own route each day and delivers for multiple businesses - not just Wellness by Tess.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your box within this time frame.
Delivery Updates & Tracking
You will receive:
1. AÂ text message the night before delivery advising your box is on its way.
2. AÂ tracking link with ETA (Sydney metro customers will receive an estimated timeframe only)
3. AÂ confirmation text once delivered, including photo proof of delivery (POD)
Please use the delivery photo to locate your box, even if itâs not exactly where you expected it to be.
Sometimes, technical or telco issues may delay text messages. If you know your delivery date, please keep an eye out for your box.

Contacting Drivers
We do not have direct access to courier drivers and hence we cannot:Â
Call drivers, request time changes, add last-minute delivery instructions, redirect deliveries within 24â48 hours of arrival (depending on location).
If something unexpected comes up, please arrange for a neighbour or friend to collect your box.
Delivery Locations
Houses
Boxes are left at your front door or porch. If you have a locked gate and access is not possible, your box may be left outside the gate unless alternative instructions were provided.
Dogs with access to the front yard may prevent delivery. Please ensure pets are safely secured on delivery day.
Apartments
If building access is available, the driver will leave your box in the lobby.
If access is restricted, your box will be left near the main entrance or intercom area.
Business Addresses
If delivering to a workplace, please include the business name to help the driver locate you. Deliveries occur between 8am and 6pm, so flexibility may be required.
What Drivers Cannot Do
Drivers cannot:
Call on approach, knock on arrival, enter garages, deliver to the rear of the property, unpack into eskies, make a cup of tea for your nan.
All deliveries are made to the front of the property only.
Mobile Numbers
If we donât have your correct mobile number, you wonât receive delivery updates.
Please double-check your contact details at checkout.
Unattended Deliveries
Once delivered, your box becomes your responsibility.
Wellness by Tess is not responsible for stolen deliveries or boxes left unattended for extended periods
Please plan accordingly to ensure your treats are brought inside promptly.
